The Pit

The Pit Workout combines old school training, attitude, power, and discipline
with cutting edge, scientific, result-oriented techniques The Pit roots began
over 30 years ago by John Hackleman and has evolved into the most effective,
functional, practical, proven, and, state of the art; system of martial arts and
fitness in the world today. Through multiple Mixed Martial Art conditioning
workouts and techniques they will literally teach you to kick and punch your way
into the best shape of your life while developing devastating knockout power.
